Patrick Woodroffe (Halifax, October 27, 1940-Truro, May 10, 2014) was an English cartoonist, painter and printmaker, who developed his career in the area of fantastic science fiction with some touches of surrealism. His works, which often depicted unreal worlds, were used on some studio album covers of well-known musicians and bands, as well as many of his paintings and drawings were used for book covers of several English publishers.
